RRC Type Spacer Assembly

Lovejoy jaw type couplings are used for power transmission in industrial equipment such as pumps, gearboxes, compressors, blowers, mixers, and conveyors. These RRC type couplings feature a centre drop out design to provide proper shaft separation. They have natural rubber centre cushions to absorb thrust loads for reduced wear on bearings. C Type Cushion Sets

Lovejoy C type cushion sets are suitable for power transmission and accommodating shaft misalignments for gearboxes, electric pumps, motors, blowers and compressors. These cushion sets feature Hytrel, urethane or SOX (NBR) rubber construction to provide resistance against sand, oil, grease, dirt & moisture while offering fail-safe operation even upon elastomeric cushion failure. They provide no metal to metal contact in order to ensure wear minimisation and eliminate maintenance requirements.

The high-quality coupling inserts from TB Wood's require no lubrication and are highly flexible, which minimises vibration and prevents the connected equipment from damage. TB Woods Sure-Flex Coupling Sleeves:

  • TB Woods Sure-Flex Plus sleeve couplings are made of EPDM / Hytrel / neoprene to provide excellent adhesion and resistance from damage caused by flexing or twisting.
  • These Sure-Flex Plus sleeve couplings are capable of driving equipment (pumps) with speeds ranging between 1500 and 9200 rpm.
  • TB Woods Sure-Flex Plus sleeve couplings can operate at temperatures ranging from -65 to 275 degrees F and produce up to 72480 lb-inch torque.

Martin Sprocket Super Pack Seals:

  • Martin Sprocket super pack seals integrate a robust waste pack housing for exceptional sealing capabilities allowing a leakproof connection.
  • The seal can be purged with air or grease to address challenging sealing applications.

Lovejoy LS Series Inserts:

  • Lovejoy LS Series inserts are designed with a flexible elastomeric spider that eliminates metal-to-metal contact between the connected shafts. This non-metallic interface minimises vibration, shock and noise transmission, resulting in a smoother and quieter operation.
