Working Mechanism

  • The diamond-segmented abrasive disc rotates at high speed across the surface of the concrete floor.
  • The diamond particles in the disc then abrade the concrete and remove a thin layer of material for a smooth & even surface.
  • The grinder is then adjusted to control the depth of cut and the aggression of the grinding process.
  • The dust created by the grinding process is then collected by a vacuum system attached to the grinder, keeping the environment clean.
