High Temperature Lead Wire
High-temperature lead wires are designed to provide abrasion and heat resistance, high-voltage withstanding capacity and flexibility for applications in TV receivers, heaters, furnaces, lighting fixtures and power supply equipment. Raptor Supplies offers a broad range of these high-temperature lead wires from Tempco and Rowe. These wires feature a highly conductive copper construction, which is further plated with nickel, tin or silver to improve the hardness and ductility. To allow a maximum current flow of 75 amperes at 104 degrees Fahrenheit, these wires come equipped with a mica & glass / Teflon & glass / silica insulation jacket. These UL-listed wires are capable of withstanding temperatures of up to 842 degrees Fahrenheit and are available in different nominal diameters and colours.
