• These crimping tools consist of a hydraulic pump, crimping head and interchangeable dies to perform the crimping process.
• The hydraulic pump creates the necessary pressure to operate the crimping head.
• The head of the crimping tool houses the dies and is attached to the hydraulic pump. It helps to position the dies in the correct location to make a crimp.
• These pressure welding tools come with a set of interchangeable dies with different shapes and sizes to accommodate different wire and terminal sizes.
• The wire and terminal are placed into the correct position between the dies.
• Once correctly positioned, the operator can activate the hydraulic pump to apply pressure to the crimping die.

• Once the crimping is complete, the pressure is released and the wire & terminal can be removed from the dies.
