EPelican's Skid-Mate pallet cushions are designed to protect heavy equipment or tools from shock and vibration to avoid damage during transportation. Pelican Skid-Mate air-dampened pallet cushions feature polyethylene construction and come with a T-nut that makes it easy to mount directly on pallet bases with a 5/16 inch 18 UNC bolt. They allow 4-way pallet entry for easy material loading / unloading and can sustain 3000 feet of dragging over concrete surfaces or floor joints. Pallet cushions form Pelican are colour-coded, signifying different load capacities (ranging from 20 to 225 lb), and they can operate at temperatures ranging from -40 to 130 degrees Fahrenheit. You can also use Skid-Mate Spacers with these pallet cushions to add an additional height of 1-1/8 inches to the cushion. This increased height will allow the pallet base to accept most of the pallet jacks.

These polyethylene cushions allow a 4-way pallet entry for easy material loading / unloading and can be directly mounted on crates or pallet bases with the use of a 5/16 inch-18 UNC bolt. Skid-Mate air-dampened cushions can sustain 3000 feet of dragging over concrete surfaces or floor joints, even under a maximum load of 225 lbs (102 kg). For accommodating all standard pallet jacks on the pallet-loaded freight, the brand also offers a Skid-Mate spacer which adds an additional height of 11/8 inches to the cushion. Selected models come equipped with T-nuts, which can be purchased from Raptor Supplies.
