Angle Grinders

• Switch off the angle grinder & unplug it.
• Loosen the disc's flange lock by turning it using a wrench and remove the old disc from the unit's spindle.
• Clean the spindle, flange & nearby parts with a clean cloth of debris or dust.
• Mount the new disc on the spindle with its arrows pointed in the spindle rotation direction. Secure the disc in the flange lock using the wrench.
• Switch on the angle grinder and test it. Ensure that the blade runs smoothly without wobbling.

Angle grinders can cut wood if a wood-cutting blade or a diamond blade is used. However, users should note that these tools produce a lot of heat. This can cause the wood workpiece to burn or catch fire. Users should move the angle grinder continuously at all times with a steady, even pressure.

• Switch off and unplug these angle grinders.
• Open the angle grinder to access the disc & spindle and use a clean brush or cloth to remove contaminants from the unit's handle, body, cord, disc & spindle. Use a solvent or degreaser if the disc or spindle is very dirty while following the manufacturer's instructions.
• Close the angle grinder and store it in a dry, dust-free area.

• Regularly clean the angle grinders of any contaminants to prevent their malfunctioning.
• Inspect for any damage or wear and get them replaced according to the manufacturer's instructions.
• Always ensure that the disc is properly installed & tightened.
• Use the correct size & type of disc for the application.
• Users may have to lubricate the spindle and other moving parts.
