Q: Do you ship to Malaysia?

Q: How will my order ship?

A: We ship orders via FedEx, DHL Express or Singpost. For bulky items, please contact us

Q: When will my order arrive?

A: In stock items ship within 24 – 48 hours and delivery time is normally 4 – 5 days. You will receive an shipping confirmation via email with the tracking number.

Q: Do I need to pay duties / taxes?

A: If your order value is greater RM 500, you need to pay duties / taxes. In that case, Fedex or DHL will handle clearance on your behalf and collect any duties / taxes due + their handling charge.

Q: Can i pickup with my own courier account or freight forwarder?

A: Sure, you can ship with your FedEx / DHL / UPS account number. Simply provide the account number when placing your order or contact us that you wish to use your own freight forwarder.

Q: Do you offer air or sea freight?

A: For heavy / bulky items, we offer air freight to Kuala Lumpur (KLIA), Penang and Sarawak Airports and sea freight to Port Klang. Contact us for a CPT freight quote.

Q: Can I return my order?

A: Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery as long as goods are in brand new condition in their original packaging. Return shipment costs to the US would be for your account

Q: Can I request a quotation?

A: Yes, we accept request for quotation (“RFQ”) for any product listed on the website. You will receive a quotation via email

Q: Can you source industrial parts not listed on the website?

A: Yes, we can source any part from any of the 2,000+ US brands we offer. Please send an email with your RFQ

Q: Do I have to order on the website?

A: No, you can send us a Purchase Order via email. You will then receive a proforma invoice for payment.

Q: How can I pay by bank transfer?

A: Simply select “BANK TRANSFER” on your order. You will receive our bank details in the order confirmation email. Please provide your order number on the payment.
