Altronix linear power supplies / chargers are ideal for access control and security applications. They convert a 115VAC, 50 / 60Hz input to a 12VDC, 2.5A, filtered & electronically regulated output. These power supplies / chargers facilitate automatic switching over to the stand-by battery in case of AC failure, and can be operated at temperatures ranging from 0 to 49 degrees C. The built-in charger stores gel or sealed lead acid batteries and ensures thermal overload & short circuit protection. Variants are available in enclosure heights of 12 and 15.5 inches.
