Burndy's dual-rated splices are used for protecting or terminating both aluminium and copper conductors. They are manufactured from high-strength aluminium alloy and feature tin plating to provide low contact resistance. These connectors feature large screw diameters to ensure greater surface contact with the wires, providing greater pull-out force and large cable ranges to permit splice blocks to be used as reducing connectors. Choose from a range of these mechanical connectors, available in 0.56, 0.75, 1.38, 1.63 and 1.09 inch widths.
