Dayton enclosed limit switches are designed for detecting the positioning, passing and presence / absence of objects in industrial operations. These electromechanical devices feature an actuator that senses an object coming in contact with the limit switch and instantaneously closes or open the electrical connection. They are integrated with screw terminals to allow easy wiring configuration and are capable of withstanding operating temperatures ranging from -14 to 176 degrees F. These units come with NEMA 1, 3, 4 and 13 rated enclosures for protection against ingress of contaminants, oil or non-corrosive coolant and accidental contact with the electrical equipment.
