Their unique body design offers superior resistance to shocks, vibrations and pulsations for flutter free operations and extended gauge life. They are equipped with a gauge boot for protecting against impact blows in harsh conditions and high visibility faceplates with colour coded scales for easy reading. The Imperial 400 Series deluxe brass manifolds are compatible with R-22, R-404A, R-410A refrigerants and are available in 36 and 60 inch hose lengths. Raptor Supplies also offers Imperial 800 Series manifold with 4-valve configuration to provide 4 times more evacuation / charging process.

Manifold gauges include the manifold body, which houses the valves & ports and the pressure gauges. The manifold body typically has two valves for connecting to the high-pressure and low-pressure sides of the system, along with a third valve known as the centre valve for connecting to a vacuum pump or other equipment.
