Siemens SHMD Series circuit breakers are designed to protect the sensitive circuits from excessive current flows causing overloads or short circuits. These circuit breakers feature LI (long time and Instantaneous trip) functions for current limiting protection and are equipped with solid state protection mechanisms to electronically control the current flow and to provide an advance safety for appliances. These UL-listed circuit breakers provide a maximum current rating of 800A at an interrupting capacity of 65kA at 480VAC.
