234M Series End Measuring Rods with Spherical Ends

Starrett 234M Series end measuring rods with spherical ends are used on machine tools to compare gages and measure parallel surfaces. These rods are constructed using special tool steel with ends hardened & precisely lapped to a spherical radius. They come equipped with a plain or insulated handle to reduce thermal expansion from the heat released from the operator's hand. Choose from a wide range of these end measuring rods, available in diameters of 6.3, 9.5 and 11 inches.
