Starrett 676-2 is a magnetic back used to attach Starrett Series 25 dial indicators & Series 2600 electronic indicators on flat / ferrous / non-ferrous metal surfaces.
It features a threaded stud back to accommodate the permanent magnet and replace the standard lug-back design.
This magnetic back further reduces the hassle of setting up jigs, fixtures, clamps, rods and snugs.
