Hammer drive pin anchors, also called nail or pin drive anchors, are used for the semi-permanent installation of fixtures on concrete, brick & blocks. They are formed from a combination of an expander drive pin and an expansion sleeve. The latter is installed inside pre-drilled holes, whereas the former is hammered into the latter to expand itself and ensure a tight fit. Their unique design allows them to distribute the attached fixture's weight for holding them securely in most applications.
These hammer drive pin anchors are used on concrete, brick or blocks. Some pin anchors are suitable only for brick or block applications whereas some are suitable only for concrete. These hammer drive pin anchors can also be divided on the basis of their usability in light to heavy-duty applications.
