Burndy tin-plated aluminium split-bolt connectors are used with solid copper wire, compact, compressed & copper-weld conductors & rebars. These UL listed split-bolt connectors offer low contact resistance and provide equal coefficient of expansion to hinder the reformation of oxides by producing a gas-tight seal.
We also offer Burndy plastic covers for split-bolt connector with self positioning plastic fingers to wrap around wires, completely insulating the joint.
