Working Mechanism

  • When the cabinet or surrounding temperature is below the heating thermostat setpoint, these units power on to turn on the heater. When the temperature reaches 10 degrees above the heating setpoint, the units power off.
  • When the cabinet or surrounding temperature is above the cooling thermostat setpoint, these units power on to turn on the thermostat & the compressor. When the temperature reaches 10 degrees below the cooling setpoint, the units power off.
  • Thermostat setpoint for cooling is preset at 80 degrees F and the thermostat setpoint for heating is preset at 55 degrees F.

  • They have a mechanical thermostat on their enclosure for easy control of temperature set points.
  • Their condenser coils are dust resistant for filterless operation in most applications.
  • Indoor air conditioners further feature active condensate management with heater strip, power-off relay for matching door switch & other system requirements and malfunction switch as a safety standard.
  • They have a normal capacity of 5400 to 8500 BTUh or 1581 to 2401W.
  • These air conditioners use R134a earth-friendly refrigerants.
  • They come with mounting hardware, gaskets and a user manual for easy installation.
