F Series QD Bushings

Martin Sprocket F Series QD bushings are used in power transmission systems for securing and mounting pulleys, sheaves and sprockets onto shafts in power transmission applications. These bushings are employed in industrial machinery and conveyor systems. They feature cast iron construction for ensuring strength and reliability and have torque capacity up to 30000 lb-inch for enabling efficient power transmission without slipping. These bushings can be mounted in two ways: with the flange toward the motor / machine or away from them for providing flexibility in installation. They are equipped with accessible set screws from the outside to allow secure and easy clamping to the shaft.
