Stafford MFG Solution Series shaft end flanged adapters are used in mechanical systems requiring secure and precise coupling between shafts. These adapters are used to connect two shafts of varying sizes or types, ensuring efficient power transmission while accommodating misalignments. They are employed in machinery, conveyor systems and industrial equipment. These adapters feature steel construction with black oxide finish for structural rigidity and resisting corrosion on exposed surfaces. They have easily machined flanged blank ends, enabling the incorporation of custom functions like bespoke bolt-hole patterns, cam profiles and centring hubs. These adapters have a two-piece design for allowing easy access to the shaft.
