Starrett 240A is a nickel-plated pin wise designed for use in scientific and industrial applications to hold drill bits, reamers, wires and other miniature tools in the range of 0.010 - 0.055 inches (0.25 - 1.4 mm).
This Starrett pin vise has a smaller body diameter than the chuck to allow fast rotation (opening / closing) when working with small workpieces and a special tapered collect to provide maximum clamping surface.
