Straight line action clamps use movement of a clamp plunger & spindle along their axis to securely hold workpieces. Destaco 95040 straight line action clamp (Destaco 95030, 95040, 95050 & 95060 Series) has a cast steel handle & base with black oxide finish for preventing regular wear & tear while operating in industrial environment. The clamp handle rotates backwards to fall below the mounting plane for locking the clamp in the retracted position. This clamp features a round sliding plunger to lock it in both pulling and pushing directions. The clamp plunger is metrically threaded for quick fastening of a metric threaded spindle. This clamp has a flanged base for quick mounting on horizontal surfaces to support heavy duty clamping of workpieces.
